At present, DailyRoot products are primarily fulfilled and sold through Amazon and Amazon FBA systems. This Policy is intended to clarify the relationship between DailyRoot, Amazon, and customers regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and related matters.

By purchasing or using DailyRoot products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

2. Amazon Fulfillment & Returns

At present, DailyRoot products are primarily sold and fulfilled through Amazon and Amazon FBA systems.

Accordingly:
• Returns are generally handled through Amazon’s return system
• Refund eligibility is determined according to Amazon’s policies
• Shipping, return logistics, and payment processing are managed by Amazon or its service providers

Customers should initiate return or refund requests directly through their Amazon account and Amazon order management system.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility, timelines, and return approval are subject to Amazon’s applicable customer policies in effect at the time of purchase.

DailyRoot and Vianora Wellness Private Limited do not independently guarantee refunds outside of Amazon’s authorized processes for Amazon-based transactions.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, refunds or returns may be limited, denied, or unavailable in situations including but not limited to:

5. Product Condition & Natural Variability

DailyRoot products may contain natural ingredients, botanical extracts, herbal components, spices, or naturally derived substances.

As with many natural wellness products:
• Color, texture, aroma, viscosity, or taste may vary slightly between batches
• Natural crystallization, including crystallization of honey-based products, settling, or ingredient separation may occur depending on formulation
• Packaging appearance may evolve over time as part of normal brand updates

Such variations do not automatically constitute product defects unless otherwise required under applicable law.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you believe you received:
• A damaged product
• An incorrect item
• A materially defective product

please contact Amazon customer support first through your Amazon order.

Reports of damaged, incorrect, or defective products should be made within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for resolution under this Policy, subject to Amazon’s applicable return windows and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Wellness Outcomes & Personal Expectations

Perceived lack of wellness outcomes, personal preference, or individual experience with supplement results does not independently constitute grounds for return or refund under this Policy.

DailyRoot products are dietary supplements and individual experiences may vary as disclosed. Customers are encouraged to review product information carefully prior to purchase.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

For Amazon-based purchases, customers are required to first contact Amazon customer support and utilize Amazon’s return and refund systems prior to initiating chargebacks or external payment disputes.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through Amazon’s systems may be documented by DailyRoot as evidence of bad-faith conduct in any resulting dispute proceedings.

DailyRoot and Vianora Wellness Private Limited reserve the right to document and respond to fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or bad-faith refund or chargeback activity to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Future Direct-to-Consumer Orders

In the future, DailyRoot may introduce:
• Direct Shopify checkout
• Subscription services
• Direct-to-consumer shipping
• Promotional offers or loyalty programs

Additional or revised refund and return policies may apply to such future services and may be posted separately at that time.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Section limits liability for personal injury or death arising from proven product defects or adulteration as addressed in the DailyRoot Terms of Service.
