15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Prior to initiating formal proceedings, the claiming party shall provide written notice describing the dispute in reasonable detail and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution before proceeding further.
Written dispute notice shall be delivered by email to the contact address listed in Section 18 with a subject line clearly identifying it as a formal dispute notice. The 30-day resolution period shall commence upon confirmed receipt of such notice.
The Company and user agree to first attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Where arbitration is pursued, it shall be conducted in English through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
If the parties are unable to agree upon an arbitration process within 30 days following dispute notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies through a court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes with the Company on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against the Company.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section shall be construed to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law, including representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act where applicable.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms periodically.
For material changes, we will provide notice on the Website homepage at least 14 days prior to such changes taking effect.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of non-material updates.
